Here’s a post for you ladies to leave some comments on. I want you to tell me what you feel the sexiest in at work. It’s like a lingerie party online. Lol. Be completely honest cause it’s no fun if you lie.

I feel the sexiest when I just wear a tank top, t-bar and some legwarmers. And my heels of course. I also feel really sex in my black leather chaps with the red ribbions on them. When you wear what makes you feel sexy at work, you have a very confident air about you and people will literally pay to be around you. You perform better on stage, you talk sexier, walk sexier and make people want to be near you. Nothing is more intriguing than a sexy woman that is confident in herself and knows she’s sexy. You don’t have to be the most beautiful woman in the bar to make money this way. I’ve honestly seen women that aren’t gorgeous make more money then the girls who are. It’s how comfortable the customers are with you and how amazing you feel. So go ahead ladies, wear the crazy colored outfit or the mens dress shirt and heels. It’s all about how you feel.

Letting your employer know that you are going to miss work before it happens is a very good working moral. It’s a good moral to have in general because you are essentially running your own business and are self-employed. It also builds a trust between you and your employer and lets him know that you are a reliable employee. That also lets him know that he can count on you to be there when he needs you. Yay for brownie points!!! This will also help with sales because if he appreciates that you are reliable, he might throw some really good customers your way. The more they like you, the more comfortable your work enviornment will be. Therefore, you will make more money.

When the bouncers think that your personable and fun, they will also throw customers your way. If people like you, you will role in the money. When you make other people happy, they will try to make you happy too. And what are you in a strip club for? Money! So they will throw the guys that come and ask them “Who should I pick?” at you. They will also keep a closer eye on you and make sure that no one hurts you or touches you inappropriately. BE NICE to the people you work with. It will benefit you immensely.

When you go to work, you always hope that nite will be better then the last. Hoping it will be better isn’t going to make it better, however. Only you have the power to make it that way, and we’re going to share one of the best kept secrets on how to consistently bank BIG everynite you go to work. This method is used by many top earners, including Chandra, to make several hundred dollars even on the slowest nites.

First, you have to have confidence in yourself when trying this approach. You have to be able to be convincing to the customer also. After you’ve worked on those two things, you can try this method. Here it is.

Every time you successfully sell a private dance, you must never assume the customer wants only one. Rather, you must sell them in a way that you are assuming they want multiple dances from you. This is done by informing the customer the price PER DANCE on the way back to the couch or VIP room. Let them know once you are in there that you will keep dancing for them until they say they can’t take anymore. This isn’t a deceptive style of selling, especially since you are letting the customer know up front what’s going on.

After the first song is over, whisper in their ear if they want you to keep going. DO NOT stop dancing for them as you do this! In fact, be even more seductive and sexy as you ask this and make them want to keep going. When they say “Yes, keep going,” let them know you will keep going until they say stop. After 3 or 4 more songs, let them know how many songs you have done and ask if they want to keep going again. This is a very easy way to get 4 or 5 dances out of almost every customer you get in the couch or VIP room. After all, getting a customer back in the couch room can be difficult enough at times. Don’t let the money slip through your fingers after you’ve done the hard part of getting them in there.

This tactic takes some practice to get it down successfully, but once you have you’ll discover your earnings doubling or even tripling from what you were making before trying this. This method and others like it are easily implimented into your nightly routine. You can find other great money making ideas like this in our new e-book The Successful Stripper, on sale now and available for immediate download after purchase. We’ve created a 37 page book jam packed with info on how you too can become a top earning Successful Stripper. You can read more about our new e-book here.

As we roll into friday nite and the upcoming weekend, I want everyone to remember that you’ll always catch more flies with honey then you will with vinegar. If you are having a bad day or week even, leave it at the front door when you go into work. Nobody wants to surround themself with crabby, negative, or just non-positive people. Even if it takes everything you got to put on your most genuine smile, do it. You’re going to work for a reason, so make the best of it. Besides, the problems you have right now, you can’t do anything about them at work, so forget about them for now. Concentrate on your task at hand. And most of all, make the most of the time you are given. Have a great weekend all.

This is a rant about some of the bad bouncers I’ve had to endure over the years. I was at the club the other night and one bouncer in particular really helped encourage me to write this by his obvious inability to comprehend what he should be doing while performing his job. Here it goes.

1. The Drunk Bouncer. I’m not talking falling down, throwing up, or passing out drunk. I’m talking drunk enough to where he’s always laughing and spending time standing at the bar waiting for his next drink or shot instead of noticing the customer grabbing a handful of ass as he walks by a dancer or waitress. If he thought more about what was going on with the girls instead of what kind of bomber he is going to do next, the dancers wouldn’t be taking their heels off and beating rude customers with them, the bouncer would be handling it.

2. The Buddy Bouncer. This is the bouncer who seems to be friends with EVERYONE so when it’s time to actually throw some jerk out for trying to rip your thong off in a topless club, it becomes a problem because that’s Ralph the mechanic who just did that and he told your bouncer that he’d be happy to work on his piece of crap car anytime if he can just somehow get it into his shop because it hasn’t ran in 3 years. It becomes even worse if Ralph occasionally buys your bouncer a couple bombers every weekend. He’s never getting thrown out, just a pat on the shoulder and “hey man, don’t be doing that to the girls now.” Grrrrrr.

3. The Timid Bouncer. This bouncer is too small too be an actual bouncer and doesn’t look like he has a good grasp on even checking ID’s at the door. When 9/10 of the customers are bigger then him and 1/5 of the dancers are also, it’s prolly time for him to be seeking a different profession and having a talk with management about wtf is going on.

4. The Father Bouncer. This kind of bouncer is waaay too over protective and will occasionally mess up when he hovers around the girls while they are doing dances. The customers get to feeling uncomfortable and tighten their wallet.

5. The Romeo Bouncer. This type of bouncer thinks he is the swiss cheese of bouncers and hits on anything with two breasts and a thong. His advances are unwelcome and his actions usually unappropriate. He’s the type of bouncer you almost need another bouncer around for to keep him in order.

There are more but a couple of these bouncers I see over and over again, and after this weekend I had to write about it. Do you have any more types you want to rant about? Post up and share them with us =)

Alot of dancers you see that travel by themselves have dogs. Why? Some girls have dogs for protection, others for companionship. I myself had a dog that was a great companion. Being on the road by myself all the time was lonely and kind of made me stir-crazy. I will admit, when I first got my dog, it was alot of work to get her to understand the rules of the hotels and the car. She had more than one accident. If you put the time and the effort into helping them understand want you want from them, they can help you with your needs too. They will become your best friend and someone you can count on to make you smile. If you have issues with safety, I would say that you should get a big dog because bigger dogs are scarier than small breeds. With a doberman pinscher in your car, there aren’t alot of people that are going to try and steal your stuff. If you’re looking for a road companion, I would say get a small breed because they are easier to clean up after and usually have great personalities.

Got a tattoo? Maybe you want a tattoo, or have 3 and are already planning your next 6 tats. Everyone has their own opinion on the subject and some may prefer not to mark their body, but in this profession of Exotic Dancing, the majority of girls dancing have at least one tat. Does this affect your earning potential? Is it possible to have too many tattoos in this line of work? Let’s examine this topic briefly.

The girl with no tattoos. This girl may have an innocent or natural look to her. Some gentlemen or customers may find this attractive as she appears “untouched.” Whether this is true in other senses is another topic, but appearances are a big part of this business, and some men might have this ideal in their fantasy woman.

The girl with only one tattoo or a lower back tattoo. Any more everyone and their pet hamster have a lower back tattoo, it’s become a bit overdone and the movie “Wedding Crashers” may have summed it up best about girls with lower back tats. However, girls with only one tat, even the lower back, has become about as universally accepted in today’s American society and even the older generation has come to expect seeing it on the younger crowd today. Some tattoos are obviously more subtle then others, but having one tattoo done tastefully shouldn’t leave you too far out of the realm of the girl in the first class, not quite untouched, but someone maybe with a bit of a wild side.

Girls with multiple tattoos, sleeves, or full back, side tattoos. Girls who choose to decorate entire limbs or torso with ink definately lose that “innocence” that the other girls may possess by not being all colored up, however, with popular television shows documenting folks getting tattoos and the lives of the artists creating them, it has become a sort of cult following to find others with interesting art work on their body. You may gain a few serious regulars and more then a few infatuated customers that want to know the stories behind the tattoos, and in turn want to know more about you as a person. Some will find it a complete turn off, but just as a girls hair color, weight, facial features, and even skin color/tone influence what a customer may define as attractive, so will ink.

In all reality, the more tattoos a dancer has, the more likely it will begin to hurt her earnings potential. This isn’t to say the girl still won’t be able to bring in some serious money, like anyone else, but it is poosible she will lose a certain type of customer who doesn’t find lots of tattooes sexy or appealing. It’s one thing to just keep in mind the next time you feel the itch to get tattooed on again.

Josh and Chandra

What do you believe about Dancers with lots of tattoos? Good or Bad? Does it Matter? Let us know what you think!
