It’s been a few weeks since we’ve had a chance to post, but we can’t wait any longer to let you know what we’ve been up to.

The past 6 weeks we have been secretly working on a brand new sister site to this one here on JoshAndChandra.com. It’s a members only site, and dedicated exclusively for dancers who want the absolute best information available on becoming the Most Successful Dancer in their club.

No topic is taboo, no information is with-held, and nothing else out there compares to what we’ve compiled already. And we’re not even finished building it yet!

So what IS in this members only site? Well, to start with it’s not really just a membership site for dancers to gain knowledge. It’s more like Stripper University. We have created a Six Week Course detailing everything a dancer needs to know. From how a strip club works, to building self-confidence techniques, to how to use technology today to better market yourself to potential customers. We’ve covered How to effectively manage time in the club, what customers find attractive, and how to ask for that private dance the right way.

But that’s not even close to what we’ve created for you. We also have the newest selling techniques based solely on the customer’s personality type. We’ve broken it down into 4 diffferent categories for you to easily understand and even easier to recognize them when you see it. This technique was first introduced by a famous psychologist whose work now heavily influences marketers and salesforces across the globe. And we’re showing you how to use it for exotic dancing now.

But wait, there’s more. We’ve included pages and pages of lessons on health, dieting, and exercise to keep you in shape (what’s school like without p.e. and health class, right?). There’s also a dedicated section for finance and how can start putting your money to work for you. We even show you some easy ways to start a business online. Like we said, there’s no holding back in there. And to prove it, we even go behind the scenes and break down how we generate income online; including the steps we took to create this new membership site and how you can do the exact same thing!

There’s still more. We are partnering with a VERY well known pole dancing instrutor to bring you pole dancing instructional videos. We can’t even tell you how excited we are about this. We love pole dancing (if you can’t tell by our posts) and this new series of videos takes you through the steps to learn moves on the pole.

You see, what we’ve created is so unique, nothing can even begin to compare to it. How do we know? We checked. We wanted to make this a true Stripper University. We made sure we created the content to flow and build on each preceding lesson, just like it would in a real educational setting.

The other thing that makes this so unique, is that after you pay the membership fee, you are NOT billed any more. There are other membership sites out there that make you pay month after month for the same content to belong to their site. Not ours.

Even after you complete the 6 week training course (something else that makes ours different as you’ll know when you are done) you graduate and become an alumni. All alumni are welcome to return and retake the course for free and to continue to post on the member’s only forum.

Really, we amazed ourselves with the quality and quantity of content that the new site contains. If you took out all of the health and finance lessons and just left the dancer training, you would still have enough information to fill a 180 page book (at 12pt font, double spaced). How do we know? We checked it out ourselves.

Everything we offer is available from day one at no extra charge. We don’t bill you for the finance information or how to start your own home based business. You don’t pay a penny extra for the health and dieting courses. It’s all at your disposal. Always.

We have to apologize. If you can’t tell, we are really excited about this. There really isn’t anything like this anywhere. We believe in truly offering the highest quality material and an unbelievably affordable price, and this new membership site isn’t any different.

So when can you sign up? Good question, we knew you couldn’t wait for this part either. We are looking to start the first 6 week course around July 1st. That’s about a month away. But there is some bad news.

We are only going to be offering registration for 7 Days. After the 7 days is up, we lock the doors. But there is some good news, too. We are offering our first training class a 50% discount to those who sign-up. And you still receive lifetime membership for signing up.

If you are interested, fill out the preregistration box below. This isn’t the official sign-up, so you aren’t obligated to pay or buy anything. This is to keep you updated for when the doors open so you don’t miss out on this one-of-a-kind opportunity.

Oh, and one more thing. We are offering a 100% money back guarantee. If you don’t find our training course helpful or you feel like you didn’t learn anything, we will refund you 100% of your paid membership fee. We have taken the risk out of joining for you. Try and get that offer from ANY of the other dancer membership sites. Oops, you can’t.

Sign Up below to Stay Updated

This is the second part of a two part series dedicated to helping all dancers understand themselves better and what they can do mentally to make more money at the club. To read the first part, “Zen Stripping Part 1″ you can do so by clicking HERE.

In our first look at the idea of Zen Stripping, we discussed things you can do right now to focus on making more money at the club. Today, we are going to talk about altering the way you view your past experiences and future expectations to help you always remain positive in the present.

Your Past is a Wall

Being completely present in whatever it is you do can lead to great achievements, quality work, creativity, and success. But the ability to focus entirely on a certain moment in time can be difficult, especially when memories of past short-comings, failures, and disappointments come to mind. Our mind is constantly drawing up these memories to protect us from future let-downs. However, this is one of the most limiting frames of mind you can let yourself fall into.

Thoughts of the past can be very detrimental to our self-esteem and present happiness. Knowing that we are not getting any younger and remembering lost loved ones or opportunities can lead to sadness and ultimately an underlying stress in our everyday lives. If you are constantly living in the past and are comparing to what you have right now, you will find it almost impossible to find happiness in the present.

Limiting yourself to what you have experienced in the past to what you are trying to accomplish today can lead you to a state of not being able to move forward. In order to forge ahead, you have to dismiss past experiences, and believe that what you are trying to accomplish is totally within your grasp, despite past outcomes. Once you believe it is possible, you then must go ahead and take action to make it happen.

When you fully believe something is possible, you begin to create an environment around you that enables you to meet your goals. You begin to alter your own life situation so much that it becomes an inevitable outcome of what you are working towards. You know that if you take these certain actions now, the goal is ultimately at hand. That’s why it is so important to not let your past experiences hold you back from achieving what you want today.

This way of thinking forces you to take focus and action on what is crucial right now. You begin the journey to what you want and only draw on your previous experiences for what will truly help you achieve what you desire. Drawing on your strengths from past experience, you begin to build new strengths that help you maintain your drive and focus. And knowing that others have been able to achieve what you so strongly desire, only gives you more confidence that you too can accomplish the same. Don’t let the past hold you back because of past failures. Use the past to draw on what works and what you have already done to forge even farther ahead.

Future Thoughts as Stress

Thoughts about the future hold mystery and the potential for much joy and happiness. But when you want something so bad and think about how far away it is or that you don’t have what you want right now, you begin to feel despair at the realization that it isn’t possible at this moment.

Planning for the future is prudent and good for you when you understand what you must do right now to make those goals achievable for you. But if you spend time working towards a goad and the end result doesn’t seem any closer, you can feel a great sense spinning your wheels and going no-where. The important thing is to use goals as motivation to act now, not to become so strongly attached to them that you are miserable when they are not here right now.

Back in the Now

Talking about how you should perceive your past and future is really about how you view the present. You can take your past and future views to draw strengths and motivation. But viewing the past and future as compared to what you have right now is a sure way to be unhappy when you realize it isn’t “reality.”

Most of the time thoughts about the future and past lead to being distracted from what’s truly important right now. Thinking about anything besides the present usually leads to an inability to really enjoy the moment and holds you back from succeeding at the job in front of you.

If you want to sell more dances at the club, you must be fully present when talking to that customer. If you want an amazing stage presence, you can’t be thinking of past mis-steps or if you look bad in your costume. You must focus entirely on delivering a great show and everything that you must be doing to pull it off. Eliminate all thoughts that are not associated with what’s going on RIGHT NOW.

Putting it all Together

Focusing on the present and the experience it is providing you allows for you to grow as a human being. Facing a difficult challenge is hard, but if you immediately think it’s not possible because of past experiences, you are dead in the water. You will face challenges like this all of your life. Being present in your life has the bonus of providing flexibility. You have choices when something difficult comes your way. You can run from it, ignore it, or embrace it and take parts of the experience away to build on other experiences from your past. This is how you you achieve success and ultimately grow as a person.

Understanding that when you eliminate limiting beliefs from your past, stop attaching your happiness to things you want in the future but don’t have right now, and nurture your abilities and determination on what is important today, you are completely free. You are free from the stress of past and future, and you have the chance to focus and really enjoy what you are doing right now in the present.

This topic comes up more frequently depending on the club you are working at. Some clubs are more strict on allowing female customers in, while some clubs impose zero restrictions. Regardless, there seems to occasionally be a female customer or two that is rude and obnoxious to the dancers. How you decide to deal with it, will determine if you go home with all the money you should be.

When a rude female customer, or even group of them, is in the club, it can be EXTREMELY difficult to not walk over and lay one across the side of her head with your 7″ heel, but you need to realize that won’t win you any more private dances. Customers already know they are being rediculous, and they didn’t come to see you blow up on a girl patron. The male customers came to see you and all the other dancers that are working that night. So, carry on as business as usual as far as making your money.

However, DO say something to your bouncers and to the manager on duty. Do NOT scream at them for letting it go on. They might be oblivious to what’s going on (we know it’s hard to believe but not everyone is a master at observing what’s REALLY going on at the front lines). Rather, let them know that the rude female customers are making it very hard for you AND the other girls to do your jobs, and that it is potentially causing the club to lose money as well. When they hear it phrased in that fashion, they should take a stronger interest in taking care of the problem at hand and either tell the female custies to settle down or escort them out of the club.

After you’ve told the staff of the problem, go back to work. You need to have some of the thickest skin around to even be in this business, and letting a couple or even a few rude customers, regardless of gender, ruin what could have potentially been a great night is unforgivable. Continue doing what you are supposed to do and that’s sell dances. Customers pay for expensive drinks and door fees just to be around you and to have fun with the strippers, not witness a brawl that should be televised on some low life reality show. Be the bigger person overall, it makes you look soo much more appealing to the real customers, and they might buy more dances from you to help them escape the drama on the floor.

Female customers that are out of control need to be handled the same way you should be handling ANY negative influence in your life. Find a way to eliminate it as quickly as possible. Going over to the girl customers yourself will yield very little except for name calling, screaming, and possibly a fight. You’ll get in trouble with management, and the real customers there won’t find you any more attractive then you were before the confrontation, more then likely they’ll stay away from you. INSTEAD, go to the club staff that will rectify the situation ASAP. Never add to a problem, just do what it takes to solve it immediately.

In the end though, we realize there are clubs that let things like this go on all the time. If the club staff where you work does not help your situation out and make it the best work environment for you and the other dancers on a consistent basis, you probably should be looking for a different club to be working at anyway. If you would like to learn more on how to bank every night at work, regardless of the problems that may arise, check out our new e-book package that will teach you how to confront and tackle any issue in the club and still walk home with wads of cash. You can learn more HERE.

For girls that work at clubs with dj’s announcing, you know that either he can be a great guy or a real asshole. You also may wonder why you tip him out every night, along with the countless other employess at the club, when he’s there just doing his job like you. However, have you ever thought about the fact that HE (or she as the case may be) also has the ability to help you make your first impression on customers?

When you go up on stage, the dj will announce your name and likely who follows you, along with the nights special and blah, blah, blah. But during the time he is announcing your name, he has the ability to talk you up quite a great deal with only a few words. And he knows how do it, very well. Going up to him a couple songs before hand and tipping him a $5 or something, and asking him to spice up your intro a little, will work wonders for your stage set. Having him announce you in a completely different fashion from the other girls will set you apart, and customers will remember you. They will also be intrigued by what you possibly have to offer that the dj would make a point to say something out of the ordinary about you. Just try it a couple times and see if it makes a difference for you.

Also, cocking off to the dj or being a bitch to him will NOT get you anywhere. Yes we understand that some dj’s out there can be out for other things then making money, but making an enemy with the dj can lead to curt intro’s and him playing you some screwed up song sets. In general, it’s best to get along great with all of the employees as they are there to help you make money just as you are there to help them in some fashion or another.

To learn other tips and how to make more money at the club, check out our special new e-book package called “The Exotic Dancer Ultimate E-Book Package” which has helped many girls double and even triple what they used to make in only a few short weeks time by following the methods outlined in the 3 part set. To learn more, click HERE.

Monday and Tuesday this week was DEAD at the club I’ve been working at the last few months. Like the slowest I’ve yet to ever see it. However, I still walked out with a little over $250 each night. This is one of the lowest amounts I’ve taken home from this club, BUT more then a few of the girls took home around $50 for a full nights work. That’s HORRIBLE! If there is one lesson here, it is to KEEP HUSTLING. Even when it’s dead, there are still customers there. If all the customers there are already talking to girls, remember the ones who tip you well on stage. Then when that girl goes up on stage go over and sit with that customer(s) who was tipping you well. Focus on selling them dances, but remember you can’t just go up and starting asking to head back to the couch room. You have to “sell” them first.

All of the selling strategies I and my closest friends use, I go into detail in our e-books “How to Make More Money in the Gentlemen’s Club V2.0″ and our newest one “The Successful Stripper.” You should never walk up to a customer and ask “Do you wanna dance?”, ESPECIALLY when it is slow. You have the perfect opportunity on slow nights to turn a couple customers into your nite’s paycheck. If you would like to learn more on how you can learn to bring home bank on even the slowest of night’s, check out our new package e-book deal. You get both of our dancer e-books plus our dieting e-book for only $19.97. A great and small investment considering the return you will get when you begin applying all the techniques found in our products. To read more, visit here. To order, click here.

Talking to a lot of dancers at work this last weekend made me realize that there are a lot of comunicable diseases that you could catch just from working with girls who don’t take care of themselves. We had a girl quit this last week because her staph infection turned into MRSA. She didn’t treat her staff because she didn’t know what it was. A couple of the other girls also came down with staph, and it’s not hard to figure out where they acquired it. A strip club is one of the dirtiest places in the world. Naked women rubbing on the same pole, stage and couch dance chairs can be unsanitary, and after factoring in the range of clientele that comes through the door every nite, you can only imagine what’s actually floating around in the club.

It can be even worse when the girls you work with are dirty. I worked in a club for a year and a new girl showed up and told me at the end of the week that it had been her third time infected with chlamydia! She had waited a whole week working with us to say something. It was gross to think that any of the girls could have caught it by touching a pole after she touched herself or she went to the bathroom and didin’t wash her hands. You can also get a yeast infection from having an unclean pole touch your vagina.

People are dirty. All I’m saying is buy some hand sanitizer and coat yourself in it. I do that every time I get off stage. I work in a big club though. Forty girls a night on nine poles. All I’m saying is being is be weary, wash your hands, and SANITIZE! It could keep you from catching something, spending money on treating it, and possibly even missing work if it’s really bad. Until next time, stay clean!

Thanks!

It’s a brand new year. And with a new year usually comes new year resolutions. While it seems a bit cliche or boring, it is an important facet of trying to make sure this year is better then the last. Here are couple things we think you should consider for your new year resolutions if you haven’t done so yet.

1. Get in Shape. This is a common one for many folks around the new year. And there isn’t anything wrong with that. Especially in the business of Exotic Dancing, since a trimmer waistline can equate to a higher income. Whether you decide to start hitting the gym, or starting eating less junk food, a commitment to living healthier is a win-win situation no matter how you look at it.

2. Read More. While this sounds boring and maybe even a waste of time, what you read can actually improve how much you make every night at work. Learning new sales techniques or how to be a better saleswoman can greatly boost your income, and help you with the third recommendation below.

3. Start Paying off Debts. With the economy in the toilet right now, and customers in the club spending less, there are ways to improve your financial situation RIGHT NOW! They include paying off high interest credit card debts and putting the rest away in a savings account or investing it. One way that paying off credit card debts actually gives you more spending money is that once it is paid off, you no longer have monthly payments that you have to budget for. If you’re paying $400 a month in payments to your credit card company, you might be working one or two nights a month just to pay for your credit card bill. When you no longer have any credit card payments, you immediately have that $400 to do with as you please, every single month after your card is paid off. We understand that you may have more credit card debt then the example above, but paying more then the minimum amount due every month brings you much closer to the day that you are debt free, and also will lower your minimum monthly payment.

4. Start Saving More. After you’ve paid off high interest debts, or while you doing so, you should set aside an amount that you will set aside and either put into a savings account or an investment account. You don’t have to save or invest thousands of dollars a month to get started. Putting aside $10 or $20 a night, or $50 a week, and putting it into some type of saving or investing account where it is not easily accessible or spent when you have the urge to buy those new $300 pair of boots and gives you a chance to start building something that can be put to work FOR YOU!

5. Buy Something Big. Now this sounds like it goes against the last two resolutions we just mentioned, but becoming a financial hermit isn’t fun and what’s the use of saving if you don’t ever seem to get anything from it? With this resolution, think of something you’ve really wanted for awhile but haven’t been able to afford. Now, with the price of that item in mind, think of what you could set aside every week or month to actually buy that item say 6 or 9 months from now. If it’s a big flat screen t.v., you might need to put away $50 a week for six months. But, with the prices of many electronic items falling, you might be able to buy the one you want much sooner or even a better or bigger model then the one you’ve been eyeballing for awhile. The main thing is, plan for the purchase and pay for it in cash. Don’t finance it. And after you’ve gotten what you’ve wanted for so long, you’ll feel a sense of accomplishment and achievement that you’re hard work and savings has paid off. It’s a great incentive to do more of the same in the future.

If you’ve already made new year resolutions, great. But if you haven’t, it’s still not too late to get started on a couple or even all of the one’s mentioned here if you are having a hard time coming up with some of your own

Today we wanted to take a minute to define what makes a Successful Stripper. Is it being the best dancer at the club? Is it having a nice house, car, and clothes? Is it just being happy in general? Let’s take a look at want actually would make a Successful Stripper.

First, there’s two words in the phrase “Successful Stripper.” The first one is “successful.” What makes someone a success? Like we mentioned above, is it having lots of material things? Or is it something different? That’s something everyone has to determine for themselves, but we can tell you what it means to us. Someone who is a success has mastered or accomplished something. The things a stripper can accomplish are numerous, but some of the more difficult things to master is making a lot of money on a consistent basis, finding balance between work and their personal life, and staying focused on why they go to work and what they are there to do when they get there. This criteria doesn’t necessarily apply to just exotic dancers, those qualities are great to have no matter what profession you are in. There are several things that could fall into the category of being successful, but in the stripping business, it can be very easy to be led astray. Staying the course in itself could be considered being successful for a dancer.

The other part of the term we are looking at is the word “Stripper.” We look at this point specifically because we wanted to make the note that you are a stripper at work. It is NOT what defines you outside of work, although some parts of society may try and classify you otherwise. Keep your integrity outside of work by being yourself. Don’t do things outside of work because some of your co-workers are doing it, or because you think you are less then the average person because of your occupation. You are a person. The stigma of being a dancer can be very unfair, but that doesn’t mean you should conform to what others would expect of a stripper outside of work. You don’t need to dress provacative if you aren’t comfortable doing so. You don’t have to go out and party every night. And you certainly don’t have to hang out with other co=workers on your nights off. If you are into theatre, music, cooking, or any other hobbies that others wouldn’t think a dancer would be normally interested in, get out there and do those things that make you happy. Never let someone else’s opinion stop you from being happy or achieving what you dream of. You are not what you do for a living. You are who and what you feel inside. Really, a “Successful Stripper” could be simply defined as being the best you can be at WORK, and leaving that aspect of your life at the door as soon as the night is over.

What defines a “Successful Stripper” to you? Post up and share with us what your thoughts are in the comment section below. Also, if you are looking to be the BEST you can be at work, we’ve written an e-book called “The Successful Stripper” that outlines what really defines a successful exotic dancer and what you do to be one yourself. To learn more, click here.
